Here is the full production script for Week 3, Day 3.
To ensure this event fills the 30–60 minute window, the focus today is on the Interdependence of Castes. I have added a specific interactive game called "The Chain of Need" after the poem to visually demonstrate how the society relies on "Low" Castes just as much as "High" ones.
Special Instruction: You must copy the "Part 2: The Poem" section into a Notecard and give it to your Poet (from Aria’s team) before the event.
📜 SECOND LIFE SCRIPT: WEEK 3, DAY 3

🎤 PART 1: THE INTRODUCTION (Kati)
(Walk to the podium. Wait for the crowd. Keep the tone philosophical.)
[Chat Block 1] /me steps up to the podium. She looks out at the audience, noting the mix of robes and tunics. "Tal, Citizens. Welcome to Day 3 of The Circle."
[Chat Block 2] "On Day 1, we looked at the Pyramid—the High Castes at the top, the Low Castes at the bottom. On Day 2, we laughed at Varus the Baker, who tried to climb that pyramid without earning it."
[Chat Block 3] "But a Pyramid is a static thing. It just sits there. A City is a machine. It moves. It grinds. It lives."
[Chat Block 4] "Today, we look at the Wheel. We honor the truth that the High cannot exist without the Low. The Head cannot live without the Hands."
[Chat Block 5] "Law 2.6.1 says: 'Every Free Man shall be required to perform the duties of his Caste.' Why? Because if the Baker stops baking, the Warrior does not eat. And if the Warrior does not eat, the wall falls."
[Chat Block 6] "To celebrate this connection, I have invited a voice from the Caste of Singers. I present to you [Poet's Name], who will recite a piece titled 'The Wheel of Society.'"
/me steps back from the podium and gestures for the Poet to take the center stage.
📜 PART 2: THE POEM (For the Actor/Poet)
(Give this text to your Poet. They should paste one stanza at a time, waiting 15-20 seconds between each.)
[Stanza 1] /me stands tall, raising hands to encompass the whole room. "Five High fingers make the hand, That rules the law and rules the land. The White, the Blue, the Green, the Red, And Yellow raising roofs o'erhead. They are the mind, the voice, the will, That keep the City safe and still."
[Stanza 2] /me lowers hands, looking at the ground, voice becoming gritty and strong. "But what is a hand without the bone? Or a King upon a crumbling throne? For underneath the silk and gold, Are calloused hands and stories told. Of bread that rises in the heat, Of leather shoes on marching feet."
[Stanza 3] /me mimes swinging a hammer or working a tool. "The Scribe may write the history down, But the Mason builds the very town. The Physician heals the wound and scar, But the Metalworker forged the bar. If the Potter sleeps, the jar will break, If the Peasant falls, the laws will shake."
[Stanza 4] /me brings hands together, interlocking fingers. "So look not down on dust and dirt, On muddy hem or sweaty shirt. For High and Low are locked in turn, As long as sacred fires burn. One Wheel, one City, one Design, Your labor is as distinct as mine."
(The Poet bows deeply to the crowd.)
🎤 PART 3: THE ANALYSIS (Kati Returns)
(Wait for applause. Walk back to the podium.)
[Chat Block 7] /me returns to the podium. "Thank you, [Poet's Name]. 'If the Peasant falls, the laws will shake.' A powerful image."
[Chat Block 8] "This is why Law 2.1 mandates that everyone must have a Caste. It is not just about taxes. It is about Reliance."
[Chat Block 9] "If you are 'Caste-less,' you are a broken cog. You take up space, you drink our water, but you do not turn the wheel. That is why we call you Outlaw. You are outside the machine."
🔗 PART 4: THE CHAIN OF NEED (Interactive Game)
[Chat Block 10] /me leans forward. "I want to play a game of logic with you. It is called The Chain of Need."
[Chat Block 11] "I will name a High Caste need. You tell me which Low Caste they rely on. Shout it out."
[Round 1] "The Warrior needs a new spear to defend the gate. Who must he visit?" (WAIT. Answer: Metalworker / Weapon Smith.)
[Chat Block 12] "Correct. The Metalworker. Now... the Metalworker needs heat to melt his iron. Who does he rely on?" (WAIT. Answer: Charcoal Maker / Peasant / Woodsman.)
[Chat Block 13] "Yes. The Charcoal Maker in the woods. And the Charcoal Maker cuts his leg with his axe. Who does he need?" (WAIT. Answer: The Physician.)
[Chat Block 14] "And the Physician needs a jar to store his salve. Who does he need?" (WAIT. Answer: The Potter.)
[Chat Block 15] "You see? The Warrior relies on the Potter. If the Potter is lazy, the Physician has no jar. If the Physician has no jar, the Charcoal Maker dies of infection. If the Charcoal Maker dies, the Smith has no fire. If the Smith has no fire, the Warrior has no spear. And the City burns."
[Chat Block 16] "This is the Wheel. No job is small."
❓ Q&A SEGMENT
[Chat Block 17] "I will take questions now regarding the interconnection of the Castes or your duties within them."
(Signal PLANT A)
[PLANT A QUESTION] (Plant asks): "Mistress, does this mean a Peasant is equal to a Warrior? Can I talk to him as an equal?"
[Chat Block 18 - Answer] /me shakes her head firmly. "No. Do not confuse Function with Rank. You are equally necessary, but you are not politically equal."
[Chat Block 19] "The Warrior commands; the Peasant obeys. The head directs the hand; the hand does not direct the head. You must show respect to the High Castes, even if you know they need your bread. That is the Order of things."
(Signal PLANT B)
[PLANT B QUESTION] (Plant asks): "Mistress, what if I become too old to work? If I can't turn the wheel, am I an Outlaw?"
[Chat Block 20 - Answer] /me smiles gently. "No. That is where Caste Sanctuary comes in. If you have served your Caste well, when you are old, you file for Retirement."
[Chat Block 21] "Law 2.6.3 and Law 2.6.4. A retired member retains the right to vote in caste meetings and the protection of the Caste. Your Caste brothers will feed you, because you fed them when you were young. But you must file the papers!"
🏁 THE CLOSING
[Chat Block 22] /me smooths her robes. "Tomorrow, we look at the dark side of this wheel. We have seen the diligent worker. Tomorrow, we will hear the story of 'The Lazy Man's Fate.'"
[Chat Block 23] "We will discuss what happens when a man refuses to work but refuses to retire. Dereliction of Duty is a dangerous path."
[Chat Block 24] "Thank you, [Poet's Name]. Thank you, Citizens. The Circle is closed!"
